Things to check when constructing a duplex
- Purpose-(The plan varies depending on the purpose of use, such as office/product loading/resting space, etc.)
- Indicate the area to be constructed horizontally and vertically
- Floor Height – Indicate the height of the floor.
- Pillar Location – Pillars are basically installed within 3_4m intervals, and beams are reinforced in unavoidable cases.
- Finishing plan – Floor finish – Marking of finishing plans such as plywood/composite board.
