Usage

 Design description of this product

•  It is designed so that the joint (connection port) and the square pipe are strong and convenient.
•  Joint (connection port)and the square pipe are fixed from the outside with fixing pieces or bolts to maximize the robustness and convenience.

Square pipe length: 20~45cm

Size (optional) => There may be errors depending on the manufacturing conditions.

•  Welding 30 x 20 x 1.4T to the joint: usable square pipe 40 x 40, 50 x 50
•  Welding 40 x 20 x 1.4T to the joint: usable square pipe 50 x 50, 75 x 75
• 50 x 30 to the joint x 2.0T welding: usable square pipe 75 x 75, 100 x 100
• Welding 75 x 45 x 2.0T to the joint: usable square pipe 75 x 75, 100 x 100
• Welding 100 x 50 x 2.0T to the joint: using More than 100 x 100 possible square pipes

Notes on use

• The length of the rectangular pipe to be welded is 20~45cm
•  Depending on the type of building, you may use a reinforcement that is smaller than a square pipe.
•  It is a finished product by welding a rectangular pipe to the joint (2-41), and it is convenient to work because it only needs to be combined with a piece (hexagonal bolt).
